This Set contains:
- Cheese Starter
- Blue cheese cultures (liquid)
- Camembert cultures (liquid)
- Geotrichum candidum (liquid)
- Ripening wraps
Cultures are vegan and contain no traces of dairy.
Cheese Starter contains St. thermophilus and L. helveticus.
Geotrichum candidum can be used together with penicillium candidum for a more flavourful camembert or other soft-ripened style cheeses.
Cultures are enough to be used with 5kg of raw cashews.
Cultures need to be kept refrigerated for up to 3 months.
