Vegan Cultures Set

Cultures set for fresh cheese, blue and soft-ripened

This Set contains:

  • Cheese Starter
  • Blue cheese cultures (liquid)
  • Camembert cultures (liquid)
  • Geotrichum candidum (liquid)
  • Ripening wraps

Cultures are vegan and contain no traces of dairy.

Cheese Starter contains St. thermophilus and L. helveticus.

Geotrichum candidum can be used together with penicillium candidum for a more flavourful camembert or other soft-ripened style cheeses.

Cultures are enough to be used with 5kg of raw cashews.

Cultures need to be kept refrigerated for up to 3 months.
