This set contains:
- Cheese Starter
- Mesophilic cultures
- Blue cheese cultures (liquid)
- Camembert cultures (liquid)
- 40 Ripening wraps
Cultures are vegan and therefore contain no traces of dairy.
Cheese Starter contains St. thermophilus and L. helveticus and is used for fresh cheeses.
Mesophillic cultures contains L. cremoris, L. lactis and is used for camembert and blue cheeses.
Cultures are enough to be used with 5kg of raw cashews.
Cultures need to be kept refrigerated for up to 3 months.
Optionally you can add the Vzyme to the kit to have an improved texture for the cheese or even to make curdled cheeses.
