Enzyme for coagulating plant milks

With this enzyme, you can coagulate plant-based milks, for example almond milk, to make cheese.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, transglutaminase, rapeseed oil

After opened, keep refrigerated in an air-tight container. Active enzyme, avoid contact with skin and breathing.
