- 2 camembert size forms with press lid
- 2 cheese cloth
- 2 cheese mats
- 40 ripening papers
- 25 camembert papers
- 6 wooden containers
- 1 Mesophilic culture
- 1 Traditional Penicillium candidum
- 1 Traditional Geotrichum candidum
- 1 Vzyme 100g (Transglutaminase)
- 1 Cashewbert bag
Cultures are enough for about 5kg of cashews.
Attention: For best results, a high-speed blender is required.
