We provide hands-on workshops and seminars on vegan cheese making.
Below is our next workshop dates. There are two different formats:
Artisanal vegan cheesemaking is a 4 hours hands-on workshop, where you will also make cheese yourself and learn how to apply the main techniques.
Vegan cheese - the real deal is a 2 hours seminar, where we will introduce you to the concepts and techniques of vegan cheesemaking.
On both formats the following types of cheese will be covered: Camembert, Blue cheese, and fresh cheeses focusing on almonds and cashews as ingredients but also covering how to use hemp seed and soy beans.
Workshops are presented in English unless otherwise stated.
All workshops will finish with a cheese tasting from many regional and European cheese makers.

After taking classes on traditional cheese making, Anderson Santos started to research how to apply those techniques to vegan cheese and developed many unique recipes.
